1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods or intimate/sanitary products
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please send us an email at info@solligent.com with photo evidence of the damage.
4. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
